Helena leads our international arbitration practice. She has appeared before the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and ICSID in disputes spanning five continents, and is consistently ranked in the top tier by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

James leads the firm's restructuring and insolvency practice. He advised on the largest UK retail CVA of the decade and regularly acts in cross-border insolvency matters across the EU and Channel Islands.

Priya specialises in post-acquisition disputes and shareholder litigation. She has acted in over 40 warranty and indemnity claims and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Marcus brings Chinese market expertise and Mandarin fluency to international disputes involving Asian counterparties. He sits as an arbitrator at CIETAC and Hong Kong IACAC.

Sophie handles high-value commercial litigation with a particular focus on fraud, asset tracing, and freezing order applications. She trained at a Magic Circle firm before joining Blackstone.

Oliver advises financial institutions on enforcement, market misconduct, and complex financial disputes. He has acted in over 20 FCA enforcement matters and FSMA-related proceedings.

Amelia focuses on domestic and cross-border insolvency, with particular expertise in creditor enforcement and schemes of arrangement.

Daniel specialises in construction and infrastructure disputes, professional negligence claims, and international joint venture disputes.
